The investment in adaptation of facilities is $4,000 dollars.
5.OBJETIVOS
General objective
Enable the facilities of the “El Monolito” tourist center for visits by national and foreign tourists.
Specific objectives
1. Expand the areas necessary for tourists to rest.
2. Create a flow of tourists who visit the center.
3. Generate sources of employment for families in the area.
6. GOALS
1. Construction of a hut for food preparation – kitchen and oven.
2. Celebration of inter-institutional cooperation agreements with tourism operators in the area.
3. Administrative and operational management is in charge of the 7 families.
7. STATEGIES
1. Training in accounting, customer service and good manufacturing practices.
2. Use of human and material resources in the area.
3. Discounts for clients and partners for referrals.
8. PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
The project aims to improve the living conditions of participating families by generating economic income from visits by national and foreign tourists to the center's facilities.
9. SOURCES AND USES
The cost of the project is $4,000 dollars, which comes from the following sources: own funds and labor valuation for $1,500 and reimbursable funds requested from FEDICE for $2,500. The requested resources are intended for the purchase of: doors, windows, ceramics, toilet and sink. The reimbursable fund will be delivered under institutional policies: term 1-year, annual interest rate 15%. In addition, Sebastián Caiza will be the guarantor of this project.
10. MONITORING AND EVALUATION
The operation of the budget and the planned activities will be verified through: photographs, videos, invoices. Compliance with the planned goals will be evaluated with the application of participatory evaluation and with the review of the clauses established in the signed agreement.
