SAN MIGUEL

FEDICE works with 20 families in the community of Pupana Sur, located in the canton of Latacunga. The livelihood of these families includes agricultural products, handicrafts and some business. Despite this variety, the people still struggle with agricultural instability due to weather changes. As a solution, FEDICE has proposed alternating crops, increasing current businesses, and adding projects in cattle and pigs. To do this, FEDICE has surveyed the market in these businesses, and given trainings in relevant topics.
