Description of the house

The house is made of a block of flats and is already deteriorating, with a dirt floor and a roof made of eternit. The house has three rooms (kitchen and two bedrooms). The roof is already deteriorating and a beam is already broken in some parts and is patched with pieces of plastic.

The dimensions of the house are: 6.30 wide and 5.46 deep. As the house is small, there is overcrowding since there are only two bedrooms.

Recommendations:

Since the main problem is overcrowding and the building is already in a state of disrepair, the recommendation is to demolish the house and build a new one of 56 m², which is larger than their current home. To demolish it, the families will be asked to negotiate with the provincial government.
